 Qualifications/Requirements:

• 
  
  Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
  
  
• 
  
  Three or more years experience in web interface and web page layout design
  
  
• 
  
  Strong graphic design, typography, and color theory background
  
  
• 
  
  Advanced knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and Fireworks
  
  
• 
  
  Solid understanding of HTML/CSS, with experience optimizing designs for the web
  
  
• 
  
  DreamWeaver experience
  
  
• 
  
  Flash development a plus
  
  
• 
  
  Portfolio that displays an understanding of user-centered design (online portfolio preferred)
  
  
• 
  
  Willingness to work closely with copywriters, and HTML/Flash developers
  
  
• 
  
  Attention to detail
  
  
• 
  
  Excellent communication skills
