Our King of Prussia, PA office is seeking a Graphic Production Artist for our PreMedia Department.  As a Graphic Production Artist you will work with a team of Direct Marketing industry professionals, and manage direct mail and print-related agency projects.


 


Position Responsibilities: 


 



  1. Revise and modify existing direct mail packages within Adobe InDesign, QuarkXPress, Photoshop, Illustrator documents for versioning, alterations, File hand-offs and PDF’s as instructed by the Creative and Account team members.

  2. Collect and process files for release to vendors utilizing flight check and other file verification software.

  3. Adhere to process and quality procedures ensuring 100% accuracy for all components of each job.

  4. Provide general support, which can include scanning, proofing, compiling, archiving and cataloging project files and documents.

 


 


Position Qualifications:


 


·     Must have proven graphic production skills with no less than three years


          experience as a Graphic Artist within a direct mail environment.


·     Must be highly proficient in Graphic design using standard graphics


          applications.


·     Working knowledge of font management applications.


·     Must be proficient on Mac computer platforms.


·     Experience with an ad agency or in a prepress production environment a plus.


·     Ability to meet tight deadlines with accuracy and composure.


·     Ability to multi-task, handling multiple projects simultaneously with speed


          accuracy and efficiency.


·     Must have excellent verbal communication skills.


·     Ability to work well in a team atmosphere.


·     Experience with digital asset management systems a plus.
