Escalade Sports, a nationally recognized manufacturer of branded sporting goods and recreational products, has a unique opportunity for an experienced Creative Graphics Team Leader.

You will be responsible for providing direction and leadership to a small team of graphics design and web development designers, charged with supporting our marketing programs through a wide range of print, web, catalogue and multi-component merchandising programs. As our in-house graphics advisor you will work closely with product management to coordinate and produce graphics and illustrations for use in external publications, marketing materials, POP’s, websites, and other visual communications media. Your skills will include producing graphics and design layouts for a wide variety of projects (including websites, landing pages, online ads, e-newsletters, e-blasts, social media, etc). Experience in managing projects from creative concept to final program delivery is essential.

Your background will include a Bachelor‘s degree in Computer Related Graphic Design or a related field, 5+ years of graphics design and production, including one (1) year computer design experience, online/interactive design experience knowledge of HTML and Javascript. SQL, Databases. Excellent knowledge (PC and Mac) of Adobe Creative Suite (including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, ImageReady, Flash, Dreamweaver and Acrobat) as well as QuarkXpress, Corel Draw and Microsoft Office Suite.
