BALTIMORE, MD 21215 Great Entry Level HR Opportunity!
This position will support the HR Manager by providing general administrative and HR support. Responsibilities: -Maintain electronic and paper employee personnel files including payroll, benefits, and performance management -Assist in employee benefit and welfaqre related issues and questions -Process background investigations -Process paperwork for Worker's Comp, STD, and LTD claims -Process employment verification -Posting of all HR information -Various administrative functions
Working hours: 8am-5pm
Qualifications -At least 1 year providing administrative support, prefer 2-4 years -HS Diploma or equivalent, prefer an AA Degree in Human Resources, Business Management or Related Field -Excellent Written and oral communication skills -Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and Power Point -Ability to learn quickly and effieciently -Well organized and professional in both appearance and demeanor
