Melt, an upscale restaurant at the Promenade Shops at Saucon Valley, has an immediate part time opening for an experienced Pizza Line Cook.

Are you a cook with fine dining/restaurant skills in a high volume restaurant?

If yes, you may be the candidate we are looking for to:

• Be responsible for plating of brick oven menu items and maintaining high quality standards relating to brick oven items being served from the kitchen

• Follow recipes or guidelines, and also assist in developing grill menu to complement overall menu

This position does require the following:

• Available to work weekends and holidays

• 2 years minimum pizza line cook experience in a fine dining restaurant

• Thorough knowledge of meats, fish, and poultry and the required cooking temperatures

• Able to lift objects up to 40 pounds frequently

• Able to stand and walk for long periods of time

• Able to take direction and provide initiative
