About the Opportunity
Edward Rose and Sons seeks to fill a full-time, year-round groundskeeper position for an apartment community in Wixom.
Position requires an energetic responsible individual who enjoy working outdoors.
Responsibilities include the general upkeep and cleanliness of buildings, corridors, stairwells, laundry rooms, sidewalks and parking lots.

Requirement
Must be able to perform the physical requirements of the job.
A clean or near clean driving record will be required for you to drive our company vehicles.
