Uline seeks a Grounds Maintenance Manager at its Corporate Headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin (south of Milwaukee).

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee the daily operations of all grounds management activities.
• Coordinate all contractor work.
• Ensure landscape is maintained in accordance with Uline standards.
• Develop and coordinate arbor, fescue and prairie grass plans, as well as woodland restoration and maintenance plans.
• Develop annual turf grass plans, including herbicide and pesticide use, fertilization, aeration and seeding.
• Maintain all ponds and wetlands.
• Oversee the repair and replacement of all hard surface roads, walks and parking lots.
• Operate, maintain and coordinate the repair and winterization of irrigation systems.
• Coordinate and manage snow removal activities for all corporate locations.
• Perform other duties as required or assigned.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in horticulture, turf grass / upland grass management or equivalent work experience.
• 3 to 5 years landscaping, golf course or grounds maintenance experience.
• Experience operating grounds equipment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
• Demonstrated written and oral communication skills.
• Ability and willingness to work early mornings, evenings and weekends.
• Ability to travel on short business trips as needed.
