Job Description

This position requires an individual who can lead international teams to develop new products, new applications and new markets, successfully managing the new product introduction process is a key measure of success. Additionally, responsibilities for Product Stewardship and Industry leadership on committees specifies and approving products is expected, you will be responsible for North and South American markets.

Qualification

Successful candidates for this position have:

* Minimum Bachelors degree in Applied Polymer Science, Material Engineering or Physical Chemistry with MS desired and PhD preferred.

* Ability to effectively communicate internally and externally with customers and scientific associates

* Demonstrated leadership of teams

* Willingness to travel internationally

* Spanish language skills desired

* Demonstrated Business Development skills

*Applications Development experience required with demonstrated New Production Introduction experience.
