1. Providing outstanding customer service to existing and potential patrons in order to maximize group ticket sales.
2. Responding to incoming phone inquiries for Group Sales, and calling existing and prospective clients in accordance with market area and marketing assignments.
3. Developing new clients by focusing on assigned target markets, with the resulting goal of significant increased gross sales.
4. Concluding advance bookings with the box office by preparing all details of group contracts.
5. Following-up to ensure timely payment and to ensure client receives tickets and materials needed for their performance.
6. Working with management to address specific customer service requests as needed, while also responding to clients' special needs and requests (i.e., arranging special access needs, providing transportation information, facilitating meal arrangements, coordinating pre- and post-performance receptions, tours, etc.
7. Being timely and having reputable attendance records as our office services the public. 8. Performing other tasks as assigned by Group Sales Manager.
