CoWorx Staffing Services is now accepting applications to assist our client; a world leader in anodized aluminum finishes for the cosmetic industry. Our client is growing rapidly and is seeking to hire a Line Leader to monitor production operations. Candidates will be required to learn all aspects of the anodizing process.
Job Duties:
- Coat metal objects with a protective oxide film by dipping parts into a series of tanks using computerized system.
- Monitor process and make adjustments by following computer readouts.
- Check chemical levels within tanks as needed.
- Compare finished product to color-coded charts.
- Visually inspect metal for defects such as scratches, dents or sharp edges.
To qualify, applicants must possess 1-2 years anodizing or plating experience and be computer literate. This position will offer training on 1st shift and eventually transition to 2nd or 3rd shift and is Temporary to Permanent.
