Provide technical support and expertise in the development, maintenance of a GN&C hardware test laboratory with open and closed-loop capabilities. Provide support for ongoing campaign of hardware-in-the-loop testing of ETU and flight level GN&C hardware for LEO, GEO and HEO missions. Generate and document test plans and procedures as required. Develop software for data analysis and to expand functionality of laboratory.
· This position requires access to and use of ITAR-controlled technology. Candidate must be a U.S. citizen.
· M.S. in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science or the equivalent.
· Experience in software development, software testing, and requirements definition.
· Experience and expertise in GPS fundamentals
· Knowledge of Java, Matlab, C, and/or C++.
· Knowledge of Spirent GPS signal generators.
· Experience with a variety of computer operating systems.
