Requirements

• 2+ years  of solid business analysis experience in an IT group or 2+ years working in the healthcare domain in a business office like capacity
  
• Good analytical/problem solving/root cause analysis skills to evaluate business problems.
  
• Ability to learn business applications/reports and effectively identify changes required that are balanced between meeting all the users requirements and feasible within application/process constraints.
  
• Ability to write functional specifications
  
• Ability to build credibility and respect through outstanding outcomes and deliverables and a pragmatic, customer orientated approach.
  
• gather requirements from user and relate to end users (technical team)

Preferred

• Knowledge of Health Care domain
  
• Experienced in use of Excel, Access and /or other data aggregation / manipulation tools
  
• Ability to use MS Project, Visio
  
• Ability to write SQL
  
• Technical/hands on experience

 Education

• Bachelors degree or above
