As an Account Executive for HBS your primary responsibilities will include the sales of Comprehensive Management Planning, as well as, Performance Contracting throughout the state of Oklahoma in the K-12 and municipalities
 
Duties if your position
  • Use your sales acumen to develop and close high level sales opportunities through executive level relationships in public and private sector markets.   

  • Join a team that works together in developing proposals that include technical, financial and overall cost saving solutions for your customer

  • Strategically build alliances and maintain customer relationships to create win-win partnerships and future opportunities

  • Effectively communicate high powered presentations to external and internal customers

  • Strategize and negotiate contracts that offer added value and significant return of investments for your customers

  • Develop and grow the thriving territory in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

As a top performer you will have a track record of achieving sales goals and plans, excellent closing skills with the C Suite, great teaming ability, financial acumen and excellent communication abilities.  Honeywell Building Solutions (HBS) is a strategic business unit in Automation and Control Solutions (ACS). HBS installs and maintains the systems to help keep buildings and facilities safe, secure, comfortable and cost-efficient, and is leading the way in creating energy efficiency solutions worldwide.


Required Qualifications  


  • Bachelors Degree

  • Minimum 3 years of experience selling in the HVAC, Performance Contracting or Energy Retrofit industries

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in consultative sales providing integrated solutions

 


Additional Qualifications:


  • BA/BS degree Mechanical Engineering 

  • Ability to develop and execute prospecting and account plans.

  • Experience working in the k-university or federal sales market

  • Excellent cold-calling skills and the ability to identify and seek out new business.
