We ask that you have a proven record of outstanding phone sales ability.

Our in-house personnel receive fresh leads, answer in-bound calls, make contact, render advice, and close health leads.  No cold calling is required.

Currently we are searching for talented inside sales people who are aggressive, self-starters with the highest level of energy.  Additionally, successful candidates will possess strong character, integrity and a dedication to fulfilling commitments.  If you can sell, are a deal closer, and if you are committed and willing to work hard we encourage you to submit your resume.

The ideal candidate for Pro Phone Marketing will meet the following requirements:

A proven record of outstanding phone sales ability.
The ability to set and pursue challenging goals with a high degree of intensity and desire to compete.
People/Service Orientation-Friendly, Energetic, Outgoing, Caring and Committed to helping people.
Prior sales experience extremely valuable.
Excellent Communication Skills.
High level of Motivation and Initiative.
Honesty and Integrity.

Duties

Provide quotes to potential clients for health care coverage and insurance.
Assist clients in purchasing medical plans from quotes given over the phone or online.
Advise and counsel clients on their health care needs.
Call back clients as necessary to close sales opportunities.
Make outbound calls to clients who have expressed an interest in our products.
Maintain training in sales skills and health care products.
Ability to cross-sell additional products as they become available.
Able to overcome objections and close sales.
