Raymour and Flanigan is currently seeking a Home Furnishing Sales Consultant!

The successful candidate will demonstrate the following qualifications:

·  Consultative and strategic approach to building customer relationships

·  Professional attitude with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·  Energy, enthusiasm and ambition to flourish in a sales career

·  Ability to meet goals, deadlines and proven follow-up skills

·  Progression through our training program (Raymour & Flanigan University) 
     gaining product knowledge and sales solutions

·  Comfortable with computers and the ability to learn new programs

·  Accountable for your own success in a commissioned-sales environment

·  Demonstrate camaraderie and team-player attitude

·  Demonstrates professionalism (attire, attitude, etc...)

·  Ability to lift 25 lbs.

·  Ability to work a flexible schedule (Weekends, holidays and occasional evenings)

·  Desire to succeed within a revenue-driven atmosphere with unlimited earning potential
