The Minneapolis office of Strategic Staffing Solutions is currently seeking mid to senior level print developers with proven work experience in HP Dialogue (Exstream) for one of our premier financial services customers in the twin cities area.  The customer is also willing to consider candidates to work in their Salt Lake City, UT location, as well.

Lead a team of business analysts and developers through the phases of initiation, planning/design, execution, and testing, to the successful completion of complex projects using the Agile development methodology. Prioritized projects, initiatives and activities for team resources to ensure our efforts matched the goals of our business partners.

• Lead the implementation of Pro AFP for the automated conversion of print stream data to PDF or TIFF


• Implement Hewlett Packard’s variable data solution Dialogue, facilitating the ability to develop daily statements internally


• Direct the development of project work plans including resource planning/assignments, tasks and estimates to ensure effective coordination of resources and to expose any synergies in work.


• Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical associates.


• Proven ability to uncover process improvements or performance tuning opportunities, research, present and implement a solution that saves cost, time, and/or effort.


• Lead the management of vendor relationships to maximize value to our business partners and the application development team.


• Compose and present annual reviews, mid-year reviews, and development plans.
