RESPONSIBILITIES
. Work with I.S. ( information systems ) teams and also applications developers to ensure data and process integrity
. Maintain business requirements for enhancing and developing talent management,systems, tools and processes
.Work with and assist in the development of communications and training on tools and processes for relationship managers and business
. Work closely with relationship managers on the administration and use of performance assessment tools
QUALIFICATIONS
. Strong customer service skills
. Excellent communiucation skills -both verbal and written
. Excellent interpersonal / people skills
. Strong analytical skills
. Thrive in a work environment managing multiple tasks and projects
. Accuracy and attention to detail
. Minimum of 2 to 4 years work experience as a HR Analyst, or Business Analyst, or Administrative Generalist
