The talented individual chosen for this elite role will strategically focus on servicing clients from an HR perspective in the Houston market. This proven HR professional will be the primary point of contact for the assigned AlphaStaff accounts. They will provide the high level HR services clients have come to expect.

The AlphaStaff Human Resource professional maximizes the potential of client companies by providing strategic HR vision and policies, practices and counsel. By effectively interacting with all levels of personnel in both small and large companies across a broad spectrum of industries, the HR AM facilitates a true business partnership and assists client in achieving corporate objectives. He/She serves as liaison to AlphaStaff’s corporate office in the following key areas: payroll, benefits, risk, accounting, IT and HR. Additional fee based services provided by the HR AM include job description projects, specialized training, compensation structures and surveys, resume review and resume mining.

This will be a tremendous opportunity for a seasoned HR generalist who is interested in delivering HR solutions to a broad array of clients of various sizes in numerous industries.

Experience

· This individual will have a minimum of 5 years of HR experience. The ideal candidate will be a generalist with exposure to the many areas of HR.

· PEO or HR outsourcing experience is preferred or an exposure to a variety of industries.

· The ideal candidate will be a seasoned HR professional who possesses expertise in HR counseling, the application of federal and state employment laws, EEOC and state charges, HR best practices and HR/Benefit compliance, and wage and hour laws as they apply to payroll.

· He/She will be certified with a PHR or SPHR. If the strong candidate does not currently possess these credentials, they will be expected to earn this certification while at AlphaStaff.

· Proven success in building and developing internal or external client relationships is critical. Must be committed to achieving client satisfaction.

· Ideal candidates will possess experience with companies and or working with internal departments varying in size from 25-100+ employees within different industries.
