Job Scope



Compiles and audits information, tracks expenses, and prepares monthly invoices for Medical, Dental, and Vision plans for each operating company.  Inputs data and ensures accuracy of benefit elections and leave of absence information. 



Essentials Job Duties


Billing-responsible for the monthly preparation and processing of invoices, allocating the right charges to each region, auditing invoices and tracking of payments.


Monthly headcount reporting to accounting of Medical, Dental and Vision participation for AECOM


Benefit data Input for manual elections/beneficiaries


Reporting termination statuses to site administrator


Reporting FSA payroll deduction to vendors and Accounting


Tracking benefit elections for employee leave


Keeping track of all carrier reporting/data flow from benefits administrator to vendors


Other tasks as needed



Knowledge


Solid foundation in HR/Benefits, i.e. 1-3 years of professional experience, preferably with exposure to benefits administration



Skills and Abilities


Ability to maintain strict confidentiality


Proficient in Windows environment


Excellent written and oral communication skills (strong writing skills are important, as is a professional and personable phone manner)


Strong organizational skills


Superior attention to detail


Strong issue resolution skills



Education


Associates degree required.  Bachelors degree, University level preferred.
