HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT (SA1146) The candidate for this position performs duties in administration of human resources services including record management, benefits, compensation, new hire training, insurance, safety and payroll. Typical duties include: The right candidate will have:
* Oversee the company's group medical, dental and life insurance programs
* Keep track of employee eligibility dates for enrollment purposes
* Process payroll deduction and 401k plan information
* Be available to answer employees' questions regarding benefits
* Administration of the company's flexible spending plan
* Oversee the company's worker's compensation insurance program
* A. A. degree plus 1 year experience in related field or
* 2 years administrative experience in the field of human resources
