The HR Department at the Center for Disability Services supports over 2,300 employees with a team of 25 dedicated professionals. Responsibilities:
The Center's HR Department has created this new position to provide data analysis, reporting, and general support to the HR Managers for all HR functions and initiatives - with a significant percent of time responsible for retirement and compensation programs (including the management of the annual Compensation-Benefit Statements). Candidates must be interested in learning and managing the Center's retirement programs.

We provide services to more than 15,000 individuals -newborns to seniors - and their families at 85 locations throughout 9 counties in Upstate New York. As a vital community resource, we reach out to individuals, families and caregivers from all over upstate New York - and 26 additional states - offering care that, in many cases, can be found nowhere else.
