Job Purpose:

As a supervisor in Client Relations, you will be responsible for overseeing a staff of approximately 10 – 12 with a combination of WAVE (remote) and in-office employees. Supervisors are accountable for team success and employee development. Strong relationship building with customers and internal partners are required for success. Experience preferred in interviewing, budget review, managing service levels while setting clear expectations and coaching employees to deliver excellent service.
