HR COORDINATOR 1

HR Coordinator I


We are creating a new HR shared service center in Englewood, CO that will be responsible for providing services for over 5,000 employees in North America. We are currently looking for HR professionals in a variety of roles to join this new center including an opportunity for an HR Coordinator I.




Areas of responsibilities include, but are not limited to:


· Provides administrative support for the HR Shared Services Center

· Responsible for document management process including scanning & retention

· Responds to requests for employee verifications

· Processes data transactions with flawless execution

· Will be cross-trained into other areas of the HRSC


BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

· Associates degree in human resources, business administration or related field (BA/BS degree preferred)

· Proficient with technology including software and hardware

· Ability to multi-task and prioritize

· Exceptional customer service and collaboration focus

· Great entry-level opportunity into HR
