HR Coordinator II


We are creating a new HR shared service center in Englewood, CO that will be responsible for providing services for over 5,000 employees in North America. We are currently looking for HR professionals in a variety of roles to join this new center including several for an HR Coordinator II.


Areas of responsibilities include, but are not limited to:


· Processes HR data transactions with flawless execution

· Follows defined processes for HR services and transactions related to new hires, separations, data change forms, benefit changes, etc.

· Coordinates payroll-related entries to ensure processing occurs within established deadlines

· Determines if information provided is complete in order to complete the transaction

· Performs audits of processing work of self and other members on the team

· Responds to routine employee and manager inquiries and provides answers according to guidelines and policies.

· Logs calls and emails into the Peoplesoft Call Management System

· Will be cross-trained into other areas of the HRSC


BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

· Associates degree in human resources, business administration or related field (BA/BS degree preferred)

· 3-5 years of HR or data processing experience

· High level of proficiency with data input in terms of speed and accuracy

· Proficient with technology including software and hardware

· Ability to multi-task and prioritize

· Exceptional customer service and collaboration focus

· Ability to work flexible schedules ranging for early mornings through early evenings in order to meet payroll processing deadlines and to provide appropriate service support for all time zones in the U.S.
