HR Coordinator - Idaho Falls, ID
RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Helps manage regional non-exempt hiring for Distribution positions(recruits, interviews, recommends candidates, extends offers, handles pre-employment testing)for assigned locations. Works closely with HR management and the Recruiting department managers to identify hiring needs, plan new hire training and set new hire scheduling. Assists HRM with exempt sourcing and hiring as needed. 2. Is additional resource for associate relations, benefits and training issues. Conducts orientations and required training. 3. Researches, answers and follows up on daily inquiries from associates and managers on policies, payroll, benefits, and the RTS program. This involves daily contact and relationship- building with home office departments such as benefits, payroll, and HR Services. Researches, develops and assists with communication projects. 4. Implements procedures and projects within the human resources department with approval of HR Manager based on business needs. Makes suggestions for process/policy/procedural improvement drawing from knowledge of operational issues. Helps administer local leave of absence program. QUALIFICATIONS: A Bachelor's degree preferred and related experience in the employment field. Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
