SUMMARY: Coordinates new employment/orientation and misc HR functions RESPONSIBILITIES (consists of many but not necessary all duties): 1. Advertises job postings 2. Conducts all on-boarding 3. Facilitates orientation 4. Completes/maintains work force files 5. Verifies licensure, registration, and/or certification monthly 6. Various reports 7. Compiles, composes and distributes monthly newsletter 8. Coordinates 'Flower Fund' 9. Participates in committees 10. Various other duties as assigned by the HR Director 11. Maintains confidentiality of all information REQUIREMENTS: Strong verbal and written communication skills, computer literate (Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook). Only the very efficient/detail oriented need apply. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree and/or HR experience required.
