The Human Resources Director/Recruiter guides and manages the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies, and programs for the entire company. The Human Resources Director/Recruiter will play a critical role in ensuring we are hiring the best possible talent as well as developing and overseeing training and performance evaluation programs to effectively execute our growth strategy.
Primary Objectives of the Human Resources Recruiter/Director:
- Employment and compliance to regulatory concerns;
- Develop and implement recruiting plans;
- Develop and implement internet HR strategies;
- Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups and employees;
- Coordinate and implement former military personnel recruiting initiatives;
- Employee and training manuals development;
- Performance management and improvement systems;
- Employee orientation, development, and training;
- Policy development and documentation;
- Employee relations;
- Compensation and benefits administration;
- Employee safety, welfare, wellness and health;
- Employee services and counseling;
- Administrative duties and record keeping; and
- Ongoing oversight, performance evaluation and management of continuous training programs of hired personnel.
Experience:

Experience with recruiting, technical recruiting a plus.
