Specific to the Corporate Office and environment, this professional fulfills general human resource functions including employee relations, internal staffing, compensation, benefits, and training, along with developing and implementing human resource policies and procedures in and around special projects.  This professional will have to ensure that the HR needs of their client are met.  Key internal clients would be Sales, Marketing, R & D, IT, HR, Finance, Office Services, etc.

This professional must have strong experience in employee relations preferably within a Corporate or office environment.
