Manage all aspects of New Employee Orientation, including delivery and logistics. Manage the Staff Satisfaction Survey initiative for division, including administration of survey, results analysis, and action planning and implementation.
Conduct formal and informal assessments to identify training and development needs.
Design and deliver (non-clinical) training programs and materials that increase the knowledge and skills of the workforce in all departments.
Manage non-clinical Mandatories for all employees, including scheduling, partnering the subject matter experts, driving compliance and reporting on results.
Manage elearning and learning management systems.
Oversee employee recognition activities, e.g., anniversary milestones, luncheon for Employees with 25 years or more service.
Support other Corporate HR initiatives as needed, such as conferences, HIPO program, professional development programs
Provide support to division HR
Bachelors Degree and four to six years experience is required, or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
Competencies and Skills
Strong oral and written communication skills, and organization skills; ability to multi-task; and ability to work with all levels across the organization are a must. Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to work within a team to achieve results. Computer proficiencies in all Microsoft products required; HRIS experience is helpful
