Description:
- Proactively work with managers and employees to resolve human resources and payroll issues in a positive manner while ensuring compliance with employment law, company policy and practice, and contractual requirements.
- This position is responsible for the day-to-day HR operations. Reports directly to the Director of Human Resources.

Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in related field required
- At least 5-7 years of Human Resources experience with proven ability to partner with and educate leadership in HR compliance and company process and procedure.
- At least 2-3 years experience supervising HR teams in a DoD/Government contracting environment required.
- Must enjoy working in a challenging and fast paced environment.
- Must demonstrate resourcefulness and initiative with the ability to work independently and as well as in a team environment.
