We are currently looking for an HR Supervisor who will both create and ensure compliance with all policies. This individual will also be responsible for the recruitment and hiring of staff, both contract and permanent.
Qualifications / Experience:
- Bachelor's degree
- Manufacturing background preferred
- PHR preferred
Essential Responsibilities:
- Supervise two clerks
- Develop policies internally and ensure compliance with existing policies
- Train and on board staff
- Lead the hiring of both contract and permanent personnel
Compensation:
- Base: Excellent pay - Commensurate with experience + Bonus
- Benefits: Limited Relocation available
