Summary and Responsibilities

We are searching for an experienced, flexible HRIS Analyst to join our dynamic organization.  General duties will include (but not limited to) entering employee transactions into HRIS;  preparing and maintaining workforce reporting and analysis, organizational charts, and employment verifications; maintaining compliant and up-to-date employee files; providing standard reporting on HRIS data; assisting with special projects; and providing prompt and helpful customer service to employees and HR Management.   The right individual will be effective working in an unstructured environment, able to identify and fix problems, and extremely motivated and flexible.

 

Required Skills

  • Associates degree in human resources, business administration or related field (BA/BS degree preferred)
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience with exposure to HRIS or payroll software (ADP/HRB knowledge preferred)
  • Demonstrated experience working on multiple projects
  • Excellent MS Office skills.  Proficient in Excel / Advanced Word and PowerPoint.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on tact and diplomacy  
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to handle numerous projects simultaneously while maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proven ability to work with a variety of people and develop strong working relationships
  • Communicative – very strong communication skills at both the group and individual levels
  • Ability to use professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways
  • Exercises judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results
  • Dealing with ambiguity and change
  • Treat highly confidential information with utmost integrity
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically about the broad goals of Human Resources
