HRIS Analyst
Overview: This individual will report directly to the Director of Associate Resources within our Legal Human Resources Department and will be responsible for the management of all associate data including: oversight of data capturing systems, maintenance of data, and development of formal reporting mechanisms. Along with the Director, this person will assist in the analysis of data to help formulate new and improved human capital strategies.
Currently, there are approximately 400 associates in the New York office.
Responsibilities:
· Maintains, audits, manipulates and enhances human capital data to improve overall integrity of information disseminated to partners
· Functions as Associate Resources liaison with IT, Payroll, Finance, and other groups on HRIS/data related matters
· Responsible for weekly and monthly reports including but not limited to: headcount, activity reporting, headcount projections, and attrition
· Manages all survey data requests from clients and external organizations
· Assists with the data reporting and analysis for presentations to Partners and the Executive Committee
· Responsible for diversity reporting and analysis of trends including EEOC obligations
· Oversees adhoc reporting requests from ADP HR Enterprise
· Serves as a point of contact on the Associate Resources team for the build out of the Firm’s new people services system
· Recommends improvements processes and application use as needed
Requirements:
· Bachelors degree required
· 3-5 years of HRIS analysis experience in a fast paced professional services environment; preferably financial services or legal industry
· Expert in Excel, and Access
· Experience working with Peoplesoft, SAP, ADP HR Enterprise or other HRIS system necessary
· Strong creative and analytical skills required
· Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to work with senior members of the organization
· Excellent problem solving skills
· Ability to handle multiple projects in a timely manner
