Location: West Houston(290 & Beltway) Hours: 40hr/week, 8A-5P, OT not required but compensation if necessary Pay rate: $22-25/hr DOE Job Status: Contract position Hiring Process: Interviewing Immediately Submit resumes to Email, NO calls accepted MUST be able to pass National background check and drug screen Job Responsibilities/Accountabilities: Daily tasks and responsibilities include working with client's HRIS – PeopleSoft v8.9 Ø Adhoc reporting Ø Monthly headcount reporting Ø Maintain Department Security and Department Tree Ø Perform system audits - maintain data integrity and prevent system errors Ø Conduct System testing as process improvements are introduced Ø Assist with Data Entry function as required Ø Maintain setup data in system configuration tables Ø Respond to customer requests for system data Ø Run routine processes, including benefits system processing, running vendor interfaces, and various monthly processes. General Requirements: Skill Set/Knowledge/Expertise Ø PeopleSoft (8.0 or higher) – Experience with two or more of the following modules: Workforce Administration Payroll Benefits (Ben Admin preferred) Talent Management Ø Proficiency using PeopleSoft Query; also MS-Office (Word, Excel, etc.) Ø Analytical and issue resolution skills Ø Understands data manipulation including data mapping / data translation Ø Understands data validation Ø Understands PeopleSoft Security – both Department and User Ø Understands relational database and can explain foundation/control tables Ø Understand effective dated tables Ø System Testing – able to test system changes and understands quality assurance requirements Ø Strong Customer Service /communication skills Ø Detail oriented Ø Functional HR / Benefits experience preferred · Educational Requirements Þ 3 to 5 years of Analyst experience required Þ PeopleSoft (or similar ERP system) experience preferred Behavioral Competencies: Core Behaviors Key Behaviors Strong Customer Service Skills Analytical Thinking Teamwork and Cooperation Relationship Building Integrity Information Seeking Initiative Organizational Awareness Flexibility Achievement Motivation
