Savanna Energy Services (U.S.A.) Corp. is currently looking for a HSE Field Superintendent.  The successful candidate will have strong organizational skills, working knowledge of MS Word & Excel, be able to respond calmly to situations and handle confidential information in an ethical manner.

Performance Standards include but are not limited to the following:

• Promote Health and Safety Programs


• Perform regular field safety inspections at work sites


• Communicate safety standards to workers at work sites to ensure compliance with Company, Federal and State Legislation and Industry Standards


• Ensure all workers understand their roles with respect to health and safety


• Conduct incident investigation, with the intention of determining the Root Cause and providing action items to prevent re-occurence


• Promote the awareness of hazard identification, elimination and control


• Ensure all elements of the BSP are met as to maintain COR Compliance


• Provide health and safety support to operations relavtive to regulartory compliance and industry standards


• Communicate directly to the HSE Manager on all safety matters


• Ensure all incidents are reported to the HSE Manager in a timely fashion


• Perform on-going rig visits, traveling extensively throughout the US


• Remain current and knowledgeabel of OSHA and other Health & Safety Regulations in the states in which we operate


• Must be able to work unconventional hours on occasion

Additional Skills and Abilities

• Have the ability to train employees on Savanna's safety systems and processes


• Rig Pass Training will be considered an asset
