HUMAN RESOURCE TRAINING COORDINATOR

This is the motto our client company lives by!  We are assisting them in locating an individual to serve as HR Training coordinator.  This is a great opportunity to work for a company dedicated to the "Green" initiative.

Education, Experience and Skills:

·        4 year degree

·        PHR or SPHR a plus

·        Three plus years training experience in an industrial setting

·        Experience with EHS program management

·        Quality Experience

·        Diversity Training

·        Coordinate all internal aspects of new training program

·        Build training plans for administration/Operations new hires

·        Manage OJT Database

·        Write, design, schedule and administer training program

·        Monitor, promote tuition reimbursement program

·        Coordinate training programs with outside vendors

·        Training updates for company newsletter.

·        Energetic, proactive

Employee will be required to have interaction with other employees in production area

Will be required to wear respiratory equipment when in plant

Will be required to be able to stand and walk about the plant including climbing a flight of stairs

Must be able to review employee interaction in a hot production area wearing personal protective equipment
