Job Description

HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT

We are currently accepting applications for a part-time Human Resources Assistant.

Requirements:

• Auditing new hire paperwork for completeness and I-9 compliance
• Assisting with the processing of Workers’ Compensation and Leave of Absence Claims
• Assisting with benefit administration
• Maintaining pending paperwork report
• Organizing and filing incoming paperwork
• Performing other administrative duties as assigned (i.e.-answering department telephone, responding to department inquiries, etc.)

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or equivalent required
At least one year administrative work experience, HR experience preferred
Must have computer proficiency in Microsoft Office and other web-based systems
Must be able to work 12-15 hours a week, preferably 9:00am-2:00pm
