HVAC Field Specialist

Manpower has immediate openings with a national company to assist with installing high efficiency thermostats in residential homes. Duties include:
· Performs field resolutions of customer service calls, as necessary
· Ensures correctly completed Work Order documentation, and reports near-real-time production data
· Supports orientation of new-hires, as needed
· Manages truck inventory of product and field supplies

Company vehicle, tools and uniform shirt provided.


EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
· High School Diploma
· Minimum 1 year residential air conditioning service experience a must
· Low-voltage troubleshooting and heat pump experience a must
· Good driving record, outstanding communication and customer skills a must
** Current Journeyman's License
· Must be able to use hand-tools; and, must be physically able to safely use Company-provided tools.
· Must have proven ability to work unsupervised, and be able daily to make good high-production and customer-focused decisions.


Candidates must have:
· Understanding of HVAC systems, energy management.
· Valid Drivers License; clean driving record
· Reliable transportation
· Proven outstanding communications, management, customer, and client relations skills.
-Steel toed work shoes required.

some overnight in-state travel required.

Contract-to-Direct position, available immediately.
