Description:
Join an Industry Leader with a national facilities management firm specializing in the professional maintenance and management of premier corporate facilities.
As an HVAC Technician you are responsible for O&M activities for all building mechanical systems, including monitoring and repair operations of roof top a/c units, boilers, commercial refrigerators, chillers, cooling towers and computer room environmental units supporting the facility and facility's critical operations.
Provide mentoring and coaching advice as well as hands on instruction in basic maintenance, safety and trouble shooting procedures, and instilling an overall level of professionalism.
The HVAC Technician is also responsible for the direction, coordination and control of activities and service personnel necessary to deliver superior customer service, provide safe and stable operation of the facility and to optimize O&M efforts.
Shift will require scheduled hours of Sunday thru Thursday, 40 hours a week.
This is a hands on position, where the HVAC Technician is expected to be proficient in critical O&M areas and licensed/certified to perform O&M activities
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years experience.
Successful candidate will be Universal EPA Certified.
Strong interpersonal skills including employee relation skills, coaching and training skills will be required.
High School Diploma or GED required.
Must have a good driving record.
