Nationwide Federal Government Contractor seeks experienced facilities maintenance Project Manager based out of Sterling, VA.

Position requires a minimum of 10 years proven facilities maintenance and managerial experience including strong hands on knowledge of HVAC systems, chillers, package units, and mechanical and electrical high rise facilities systems.

Ability to effectively communicate with a wide variety of clients and provide a superior level of customer service is essential.

Strong supervisory skills involving multi-craft personnel is required.

Qualified candidate must be available for travel, travel will be required a minimum of 80% of the time.
