Plant Operations are responsible for maintaining a safe, secure, clean, well-kept, healthy and adequately supplied environment for patients and staff.
Specific Job Duties Include:
- Actively involved with conserving physical assets of the facility.
- Performs day-to-day repairs and maintenance of the facility.
- Upkeeps all existing offices and patient and staff areas.
- Reviews and promptly responds to reports and recommendations from planning, regulating, and inspecting agencies.
- Provides for facility compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Monitors and reports all contractor and vendor progress.
- Monitors and implements all safety/life safety precautions, procedures and plans.
- Follows environment of care policies and procedures.
- Other duties, as assigned.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years professional experience and training in repair and contracting, HVAC, plumbling, electrical, grounds and building maintenance and related areas of facility maintenance.
- Valid Florida Drivers license and a satisfactory driving record preferred.
