HVAC/R Department Head

Commercial and Residential Installation Department needs a
person with a business and mechanical background that can guide it to maximum
efficiency through protocol, policy and vision. 
Company has been expanding over the past five years and is posting a profit
this year during the downtown.  We are
seeking a business manager that can streamline efficiency systems, develop personnel, hire and fire teams, administer performance evaluations, develop
predictable systems of protocol, etc.

Position pays 50k base salary with 6% of gross profit of
department.  This year’s salary is
projected total at 85k; with increased efficiency, proper management and
increase in market yield the position offers excellent up side and growth
opportunity. 

Everyday tasks associated with the position involve
evaluating estimates before contracts are signed, guiding estimating
department, process AIA Pay requests, schedule crews, maintain safety policies,
entering payroll, entering data related to jobs, auditing jobs at
random, designing and managing inventory.
