HVAC Sales Engineer

Spherion is looking for a confident and resourceful candidates for a HVAC Sales Engineer position in Fargo, ND.

Qualified candidates would have strong experience in HVAC industry and a history of growth and success. This position will offer the challenges of managing current customer projects, networking with new prospects and growing the Design-Build division.  Demonstration of this entrepreneurial style will lead to additional management and compensation opportunities.

Base salary is DOE + benefit and incentive packages.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Design Engineer with minimum of 5 years of HVAC design experience
• 2-3 years of sales experience in the Construction, Engineering or HVAC industry with a track record of growth and accomplishments
• Clean driving record and the ability to travel within a regional territory
