HVAC Technician

Summary:


Our client is seeking a qualified HVAC Technician to perform daily operations, maintenance, preventative maintenance and repairs to a Commercial Office building.  Candidates must have a strong background & working knowledge with commercial HVAC systems, including troubleshooting, repair, & preventative maintenance. 


 


Requirements:


·         5 years of experience in the professional field of HVAC


·         3 years experience performing HVAC service in a Commercial building/facility


·         CFC Universal Certification (Minimum)


·         Solid understanding & working knowledge of Building Operations & General Maintenance


·         Prior experience working with tenants, clients, & property managers.
