Job Title:  Technician (HVAC)

Location:  Cortland, NY

This position is responsible for performing testing and evaluation on a variety of products and for preparing technical reports and will involve:

• Setting up test apparatus & operating and maintaining equipment
• Preparing test samples
• Obtaining and recording test data in accordance with standards
• Performing basic analysis of test data
• Drafting technical reports
•   Performing other work as required

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associates degree and/or training in Electrical field preferred
• Minimum two years of hands-on testing experience
• Experience utilizing basic shop equipment and various hand tools
• Ability to review, understand, and convey technical information in an effective manner
• Working knowledge of personal computers and Microsoft Word and Excel
• Good organization skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
