Founded in 1980, Massachusetts MENTOR provides home and community-based services to children and families and people with developmental disabilities. Our residential services are provided by a network of local caregivers called "Mentors" who share their homes with the individuals we serve. We are currently seeking a Hyperion Administrator in the finance department of the Boston, MA office.
SUMMARY
The Hyperion Administrator is responsible for developing and improving budget and reporting systems based on company initiatives. The Administrator maintains the planning and reporting system, establishes new users, creates and updates forms and reports, creates and maintains business rules, workflow processes and upgrades.

- Maintain Hyperion Planning hierarchies and Essbase outlines.
- Partner with other business leaders to optimize existing application in support of current and future business planning.
- Develop and maintain Hyperion web forms.
- Develop and maintain Hyperion reports.
- Develop Web Analyzer.
- Develop business rules in Analytic Administration Services.
- Load hierarchies using Hyperion Application Link (HAL).
- Establish and maintain data validation checks and balances.
- Perform initial set up and maintain user security profiles.
- Lead the internal Hyperion Help Desk.
- Develop test plans, scripts, and deployment.
- Establish and conduct training (in-person and web-based).
- Provide monthly and quarterly reports for SOX compliance.
- Perform other duties and special projects that may be assigned by the Manager, Financial Systems.
REQUIREMENTS

Education:
BS Degree in Accounting or Finance.
Experience:
5 years progressive finance experience with 2 years budgeting, forecasting experience preferred.
Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations:
Certified Hyperion Developer System 9 (preferred).
Other Skills and Abilities:
Project management experience.
Strong interpersonal / communication skills.
Ability to think outside the box and develop solutions.
Ability to identify a process improvement opportunity and run with it.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
