RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform design engineering tasks for development of real-time embedded communication systems.
- Perform schematic entry and coordination with PCB designer.
- Interface with mechanical design team to package hardware design.
- Participate in design reviews.
- Familiarity with all phases of product development.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
- Familiarity with ARM/DSP/FPGA circuit design and architecture.
- Familiarity with electronic test equipment (oscilloscopes, DVM, power supplies, etc.)
- Digital and analog embedded hardware design experience.
- Labview experience is a plus.
- B.S. degree in electrical engineering
- Five+ years experience in hardware design
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- US Government Security Clearance a plus.
- Must be detail oriented and organized.
