Imagine being the single catalyst for a million possibilities. Provide Electronic and Electromechanical Technical support for Field Service Engineers and Help Desk on our automated equipment used for the storage, dispensing, and tracking of narcotics and floor stock drugs. Act as a liaison between the customer support group and the engineering/manufacturing/production groups. Continuously update and develop installation, preventative maintenance, emergency maintenance, training documentation and procedures. Perform mean time between failure and root cause failure statistical analyses to improve the uptime of McKesson Automation products. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with one year of related field experience or product knowledge preferred. Will consider an Associate's degree in electronics, electromechanical technology or technical related field with a minimum of 3 years of field service engineering experience on automation equipment or related field experience. Or, in lieu of post-high school education, a minimum of seven years of related electrical or mechanical field experience or product knowledge will be considered.
