DeltaTech Controls is a leading global supplier of operator interface control solutions for off-road vehicle OEM’s. Core products include vehicle electronic control systems, electronic joysticks, multi-function grips, and electronic displays.  We have an exciting opportunity for an outgoing, self-motivated individual to join our team in the role of Project Manager.

As a Project Manager you will be responsible for management of all activities on assigned projects from proposal definition to manufacturing release according to project scope, budget, and customer requirements.  You will develop full-scale project plans using MS Project and associated communication documents and effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.  Manage customer technical interface for assigned projects while working closely with Account Manager to ensure customer satisfaction, proactively identify and manage scope changes and coordinate proposal updates.  Act as primary customer interface for assigned NPI (New Product Introduction) projects.  Coordinate design activities to ensure deliverables are being met with effective and efficient design execution and ensure projects are meeting customer expectations.

Qualified candidates will possess an A.S. or B.S. degree in technical field with 7+ years of advanced knowledge and 3-5 years previous project management experience in a small to mid-sized company.  PMI certification is a significant plus.  Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office including MS Project.  Ability to manage several projects simultaneously with a strong working knowledge of New Product Introduction (NPI) processes and engineering design methodologies.  Excellent verbal and written communication, meeting facilitation, presentation skills, excellent leadership, negotiation and team building skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team-orientated, collaborative environment is essential.
