Must possess one of the following: 1. ACDA credential for center based preschool aged children. 2. A state awarded certificate for preschool teachers that meets or exceeds the requirements for CDA. 3. An AA or BA degree in ECE and experience teaching preschool. 4. A BA in another field and has been admitted into the Teach for America program. Experience: Computer Literate - Letter, calendars, flyers, etc. Working knowledge of Developmentally Appropriate Practices. Skilled team participant. Demonstrate appreciation for minority cultures, low-income families / children with disabilities. Understand Adult Learning Theory.
